The Challenge
Los Cabos had grown its luxury offering — from Michelin-recognized dining to private aviation experiences — but prospective visitors still lacked clear associations with what made the destination culturally distinct beyond “a beach vacation.”
To drive consideration among high-value U.S. and Canadian travelers, the destination needed more than awareness.
It needed a narrative.
The Insight
Modern luxury travelers aren’t looking to visit places — they’re looking to become someone inside of them.
Research showed that high-value audiences prioritize:
immersive, authentic experiences
cultural connection
self-improvement through travel
emotional escape from high-stress routines
They want travel that allows them to surrender control — not just consume amenities.
The Strategy
Reposition Los Cabos from a destination to a turning point.
We identified Land’s End — the geographic meeting of the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortés — as both a literal physical landmark and a metaphor for personal reset
Rather than introducing a new campaign construct, we gave voice to a truth that already existed locally: Where The Land Ends, Your Story Begins.
This became an invitation for visitors, creators, and partners to project their own stories onto the destination — turning brand messaging into participatory storytelling.
The Execution
We developed a multi-channel storytelling system that translated the brand platform into: social-first video content, experiential activations, niche vertical messaging (wellness, gastronomy, adventure, etc.), creator-friendly headline frameworks, OOH and digital placements and community-driven itineraries
The Result:
Where The Land Ends evolved from a tagline into a scalable storytelling framework — enabling partners, creators, and local businesses to adapt the platform across touchpoints while maintaining narrative cohesion.
Los Cabos shifted from a luxury backdrop to a culturally resonant environment signifying personal transformation through travel.
My Role:
Led development of campaign narrative and social-ready storytelling framework from audience insight through execution — ensuring brand positioning translated into platform-native content systems across digital, experiential, and partner activations. Also had a heavy hand in art direction and talent making sure diversity and multi-gen content was at the forefront of this campaign.

The platform reframed Los Cabos as: a place of adventur, a site of stillness, a setting for reconnection and a backdrop for identity shift allowing audiences to imagine travel not as escape — but evolution.
